While much of the negative commentary concerned Levi Strauss's move away from domestic manufacturing has focused on the button-fly 501s, the bigger problem I have seen is with the old 1970's standby, the 505, which has a zipper as opposed to button fly. The variability on sizing and sew quality with the 505s is an issue if you are going to buy them online or mail order. You really have to try them on to see how they fit. The 501 are much easier to buy online or by mail order because the sizing is much less critical on the waist, which is the so-called "anti-fit" waist, meaning there is no curve to the rise (the distance between the crotch and the top of the waist), because the original 501s were merely cut down bib overalls which were made to hang, rather than be fitted to the waist. The biggest problem I have noted on the 505's is the variability in size in the thigh area, meaning that some fit baggy and some seem rather tight, even though they are theoretically the same size of a label. Since the 501s are more forgiving as far as sizing, if you are buying online you might consider them instead of 505s, unless you don't want the button fly.

I purchased this for my new iPhone 4. When it arrived I was excited to put it on, but after a few moments that excitement was gone. The case is NOT a hardshell back case. It is made of a flimsy rubber/plastic type backing. The sides are not a black rubber as shown; they too are like the back with its flimsy see through rubber/plastic material. This case is horrible. It doesn't fit right and it doesn't have a good feel to it. Incipio Feather Case for iPhone 3G, 3GS (Black) Review

The Incipio Feather is my favorite case for my iPhone 3GS. The super slim profile makes it easy to get the phone in and out of the front pocket of a pair of pants/jeans, and the case has just enough texture to make the slippery phone easier to grip (and less likely to be dropped). Since the case does not wrap around the front edges of the phone like many other cases, it is also easier to swipe across the surface of the phone. One caveat: my wife has a green Feather that has become discolored with use. I have a black case which has held up better. The black case also doesn't call attention to itself like so many other iPhone cases: "Hey, look at me--I'm a case for your iPhone!"

I love the armband from Grantwood Technologies. The Tuneband is the first iphone armband that I've found that is totally adjustable and fits my skinny girl arms.
Also there's lots of great colors to choose from- I got purple. I also love it because I can still use the cover when I'm not using the armband, which means I don't have to switch everytime I go to the gym! Also, it comes with two screen protectors, and its all less than $20! You can't get a screen protector at the mall for that much.

Overall, great product and great value. Also, Grantwood ships fast and stand behind their products. If only all businesses operated this way.
